The free plan allows 3 extractions per calendar month. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent usage limits (for example by creating multiple accounts) is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

You retain ownership of the interview transcripts and content you upload to Genvoxa. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell or share it with third parties, except as necessary to operate the Service (such as sending it to our AI provider for processing).

Genvoxa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete. AI analysis is provided as a tool to assist your thinking, not as definitive advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genvoxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
