The short version: We collect only what we need to make Genvoxa work. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. Your interview transcripts are processed by AI but never stored permanently by us.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.
Interview transcripts: Text you paste into the tool for analysis. This is sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter/OpenAI) for processing and is not permanently stored by us after the extraction is complete.
Extracted insights: The structured results of each extraction are saved to your account history so you can access them later.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: Number of extractions performed, dates of activity.
Technical data: Browser type, device type, IP address (collected by Cloudflare for security purposes).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and improve the Genvoxa service
Manage your account and authenticate you securely
Track your usage within free plan limits
Respond to your support requests sent to [email protected]
Send important service updates (not marketing spam)

4. Third-party services we use

We use these trusted third-party services to operate Genvoxa:

Supabase — Database and authentication. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Supabase Privacy Policy

5. Data retention

We retain your account information and extraction history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected] at any time.

Interview transcripts you paste into the tool are sent to our AI provider for processing and are not retained by Genvoxa after the extraction result is returned.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your extraction history

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security policies that ensure users can only access their own data.

8. Children's privacy

Genvoxa is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Genvoxa after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
