What format does my transcript need to be in?

Any plain text format works. You can paste transcripts from Zoom, Otter.ai, Google Meet, Rev, or even manually typed notes. No special formatting is required — Genvoxa handles the structure automatically.

Is my interview data kept private?

Yes. Your transcripts are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter/OpenAI) for processing only. They are not stored permanently by Genvoxa after the extraction is complete. Your extracted insights are saved to your account history but are only accessible by you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How accurate are the extracted insights?

Genvoxa uses GPT-4o Mini, one of the most capable AI models available. Results are generally very accurate for clear transcripts. We recommend reviewing insights as a starting point for your analysis, not as a definitive replacement for human judgment.

How many extractions do I get for free?

The free plan includes 3 extractions per calendar month. This is enough to analyze 3 full user interviews. Premium plans with unlimited extractions are coming soon.

Can I use Genvoxa for customer support calls, sales calls, or other conversations?

Absolutely. While Genvoxa is designed for user research interviews, it works well for any structured conversation where you want to extract objections, requests, and intent signals — including sales discovery calls, customer success check-ins, and feedback sessions.
